Southern E-Coat operates a Therma-Tron-X SST system that features an eight-stage clean/phosphate pretreatment process. This system includes a 1,000-gallon tank utilizing the latest generation of ecoat cathodic epoxy designed to be lead-free, HAPS-free, and very low in VOCs. Our metal finishing solutions also encompass and prime metal plating and powder coat options to meet diverse customer needs.
